Hi Gill,

I wanted to say a big thank you for coming over and delivering the 'puppy pack' with my family. Rexi was our first Puppy and I didn't really know how to train him. I certainly didn't want to do it wrong because you see these training programmes with crazily behaved dogs ruling the roost and causing havoc.

Our situation was tricky as my husband was out of action with a slipped disk, but we had already committed to having Rexi and we had fallen for him, so went ahead anyway. You made the puppy training look manageable, despite having many other responsibilities. It gave me the confidence to train Rexi myself, and to enjoy him rather than worrying if I was doing it right.

Rexi has turned into a really lovely dog. He is great to take for a walk and comes when I call. Your kind reward based methods really work. He is well behaved and is a great family pet. On walks he is lots of fun, especially at the river as I let him have lots of freedom, knowing he will come back. We have had no major teething disasters due to your advice on what to let him chew. He was so busy with his stuffed kong and chews he hardly bothered trying anything else. So again a big thank you.

My husband is now able to walk a well behaved dog, who hardly pulls, and listens if he does get excited and needs a gentle reminder. Thanks again, we have a terrific dog thanks to the information in his puppy pack. He looks really healthy too with the natural diet you suggested.
